CHSIA: Interdisciplinary Perspective

The Centre for Human Security and International Affairs (CHSIA) is an independent, non-partisan research institution dedicated to advancing understanding of contemporary international affairs, regional developments, human security, and the evolving global order.

CHSIA examines the complex and interconnected challenges confronting nations, societies, and individuals, with particular attention to the experiences and perspectives of the Global South. Through independent research, policy analysis, and informed dialogue, the Centre seeks to generate evidence-based insights on emerging issues and contribute to meaningful policy discussions.

Governance

CHSIA is governed by a Council comprising the Founder & Director and the Core Team, supported by an Advisory Council of distinguished individuals drawn from diverse professional and academic backgrounds. The Advisory Council provides guidance, expertise, and strategic perspectives to strengthen the Centre’s research, programmes, and broader institutional objectives.
